Ancient Roman sculpture of Deity Vesta in Clay
Given her attributes and clothing, this sculpture might be depicting Vesta, goddess of the hearth, the home, and domestic life in the Roman religion (identified with the Greek goddess Hestia). She is also frequently depicted holding a kettle or basket (a symbol of the hearth) and also cut flowers (symbolizing domesticity).
Most likely from roman times but hard to certify without a carbon-14 test. Hence, we don’t guarantee its age it in this case, priced accordingly.
